We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 360-568-7728 or email@example.com with details of the invoice number, product and the defect.
You can either bring the part to us or send the item you consider defective to: 520 Pine Ave Bldg B, Snohomish, WA 98290.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via phone or e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. Items are not accepted as defective if you have painted the part, damaged or broken the part while handling or during installation, or disassembled the part. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
